Submit your information for a demo. We will schedule a time to discuss your needs and show you how Mycroft can meet them!

How do I set up a project with Mycroft?

Email your project details (like dates, number of focus groups or interviews, number of participants) to contact@mycrofttech.com, and we will respond with pricing and login details for your sessions.

What is Mycroft’s pricing?

Our prices are comprised of the number of minutes your sessions take and a project management fee (which encompasses tech checks, stimulus and poll programming, live support during sessions, and deliverables after the project concludes). Do you offer a monthly or yearly subscription?

At this time we do not offer a subscription, but are looking at offering one in the future.

What is your privacy policy?

We take participant and client privacy very seriously, taking all necessary steps to protect personal information. You can find our full privacy policy here.

How do I know your platform is secure?

Mycroft has been built on AWS, which has the highest security protocols there are. We have also added additional security measures, like watermarks on stimulus and various log in options.
